We are a dynamic team committed to authenticity, creativity, and excellence.About The PositionOur Sales & Education Executives execute best-in-class relationship-building, training, sales competencies, events, business analysis, and store-level inventory and merchandising management for their territories. They have passion for skincare and demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude, a reputation for commitment and follow-through, and excellent skills in communication, organization, and time management.Key ResponsibilitiesSell and educate in stores to hit and exceed sales goals for the territoryStrategize and maximize monthly store visit and call cycle schedule to drive the business, and focus on top performing storesExecute education and event initiatives and exceed sales goalsDevelop and build strong relationships with SEPHORA key leadership roles that will create business opportunities and brand supportBuild impactful store-by-store action plans to address store needs and support sales goals regionallyProvide clear and valuable feedback to leadership on sampling, education, products, and overall opportunities in your marketRequirementsBased in SF BAY AREAAble to commit to 50-70% travel scheduleMust have a passion for skincareFlexibility regarding work hours: evenings and weekends is required.Able to reliably commute to stores four days a weekMinimum 3+ years of retail, sales, and/or beauty industry experience, preferably in skincare at an AE/SEE levelPositive, professional, and enthusiastic presenceStrong product knowledge, brand messaging, training, and sellingAbility to create a strategic calendar and call cycle for 20-30+ door count marketsExcellent oral, written, and presentation skills; email and phone skills essentialAbility to take strategic action based on analysis of business results + prioritiesBasic computer skills a must: Excel, Zoom, Outlook/Gmail email + calendar managementSelf-motivated, committed, and goal-orientedEnergetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial, flexible spiritAuthorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship from employer.
