OPS is focused on implementing an integrated set of initiatives to maximize production efficiencies, drive financial performance and employee satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement OPS tools related to Performance management, Preventative maintenance, Production planning, Labor scheduling, Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoach employees and lead training sessions on the OPS tools and best practice processesCoach site leadership on best practices in conducting shift, daily, weekly and monthly performance discussionsTrain and coach site leadership in financial review and development of plan to improve overall profitabilityApplication and tool developmentBusiness process improvementOther duties as requiredRequirements / Education / ExperienceAbility to travel up to 70% of the time to various sites/companies usually Monday-FridayBachelor’s Degree in relevant field including engineering, management/finance or IT3+ years of demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives in operations or related fieldLean or Six Sigma certification a plusCommunication skills that work with both a frontline manufacturing environment and senior leadershipAbility to facilitate and influence changeDemonstrate a hands-on, collaborative approachBe action oriented and drive for resultsHave strong planning and organizing skillsWork well in a team and build relationshipsFinancial understanding and working knowledge of P & LVery strong analytical skills - ability to analyze data and communicate findingsProject management skills a plusWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsA diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
