Project Support Administrator (Part-time)Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a talented professional to fill the position of the

Global Foundations, Organizations & Institutions

( GFOI) Administrator and Project Support . This person will provide project, event, and administrative support to the GFOI leadership. This self-starter will use their experience and interpersonal skills to collaborate and negotiate with all levels of the organization regarding various GFOI projects. This person will report to GFOI VP.

This is a part-time position (30 hours) that may be based remotely or hybrid near Atlanta, GA and requires up to 5% travel.

Responsibilities:Proactively assist with projects and special assignments, such as GFOI roadmap/strategy, FOI donor strategies e.g. UNHCR.Work with GFOI LT and GFOI Team to develop a 3-year GFOI Framework.Work with VP on development of specific donor frameworks (e.g. UNHCR, For Profits).Support design and review of presentations in ppt and other formats for key meetings e.g. OLT, SMG, AOs.Provide administrative support, manage VP calendar, VP expenses, support in GFOI retreats and other key GFOI meetings. Maintain accurate records in CRM system on behalf of VP-GFOI.Be flexible to take on last minute projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.2+ years of relevant experience.This proactive self-starter must be flexible, collaborative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong organizational skills and extremely high attention to detail. Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive issues and be a problem solver.Outstanding people skills and high emotional intelligence in order to proactively anticipate departmental needs and interact with all levels of the organization and external customers.Ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices.Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills. The person in this role must be able to articulate clear information to a wide range of people.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.Ability to multi-task and prioritize is important. Must be able to execute tasks within defined timelines.

The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate's qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance. For work locations in the US, the hiring range for this position is $18.47-$23.73 per hour.
