DescriptionSeamonWhiteside is in search of an ambitious and talented professional to serve as a Survey Team Leader in our growing Greenville, SC office.The Survey Team Leader will focus on the fundamentals of land surveying as well as SW+ general standards. This role contributes to and supports the Surveying Department in day-to-day office operations such as but not limited to, preparing tree & topographical surveys, as-built surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, deed and plat research, and necessary field work. Bachelor’s Degree preferredLicensing:

South Carolina Professional Land Surveyor License (PLS) required; North Carolina PLS preferredExperience:

10+ years of progressive experience in land survey field operations and land survey office operationsDesired SkillsDrone piloting experienceKnowledge of the outdoorsKnowledge of tree speciesCivil 3DTrimble Survey EquipmentValid SC Driver’s LicenseOther Skills/AbilitiesExcellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethicExcellent problem solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent interpersonal skills - ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levelsAbility to be both creative and analyticalPositive, solution-oriented attitudeDetail-oriented and accurateAbility to work alone and in a team environmentPhysical DemandsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsWalking for long periods of time will occurUse of hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smellPeriods of time in a desk setting will occurNOTE:
