Kent / Sussex ; therefore, driving is a must.They are looking for Operatives with experience in:Predominantly carpentryRender repairsBrick / concrete repairsPlasteringPainting and decoratingRepair carePointingRoofline goods and rainwater goods replacementDriving LicenseThe ability to work under their own initiative and to the specification of works/contract instructionsThe ability to record all repairs effectivelyGood communication skillsPrevious experience in a similar roleAdditional Information:A DBS check will be required.Hours: 8am - 5pmSalary: £37,000All applications are assessed in line with the Equal Opportunities Regulations and Data Protection Regulations.
