We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated
Multi-Trade Craftworker
to join our dynamic team, working on various contractsin
Sussex/Hampshire,
therefore driving is a must.
The Role
This role requires versatility and a wide range of skills to handle different tasks across multiple sites. As a Multi Trader, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that repair and refurbishment work is carried out to the highest standard.
They are looking for Operatives with experience in:
Predominantly carpentry
Render repairs
Brick / concrete repairs
Plastering
Painting & Decorating
Pointing
Fencing
Roof line goods and rainwater goods replacement
Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, render repairs, brick/concrete repairs, plastering, painting and decorating, repair care, pointing, fencing, and roof line goods and rainwater goods replacement.
Travel to various sites across Kent and Sussex, with extensive driving required to cover different project locations.
Work independently, adhering to the specifications of works and contract instructions to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Accurately record all repairs and work completed, maintaining clear and effective communication with the team and clients.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
Proven experience in a similar role with a strong background in multiple trades, particularly carpentry.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and residents.
A valid driving license is essential due to the nature of the role.
Ability to adapt to various work environments and challenges.

Package
Salary: £37,000 per annum.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour for lunch).
Holidays: Annual leave plus bank holidays, Birthday day off and Christmas closure.
Company vehicle (tracked) and fuel card for business use.
Phone for business use.
Company branded uniform and relevant PPE.
Additional Information
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be carried out on your behalf at the company’s expense.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Initial six-month probationary period.
