Responsibilities:Supervise two inside sales supervisors working remotely from the PhilippinesManage relationships with three call centers, ensuring they meet daily appointment quotasMonitor and improve quality control for call center operationsEnsure a minimum of 8 confirmed appointments are scheduled for the following dayOversee the process of moving up appointments to maximize efficiencyConduct quality assurance checks on call center performanceUse Zoom to monitor, sign in, and barge into calls as neededDevelop one-on-one rapport with call centers and their agentsRoute confirmed appointments to field technicians and sales representativesStep in to assist with customer calls when necessary, particularly for appointment confirmations and reschedulingCoach and support inside sales supervisors to improve their performanceRequirements:Strong operational and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in using CRM systems and ZoomAbility to work with remote teams across different time zonesExperience in quality assurance and performance monitoringAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentScope:Oversee daily operations of inside sales team and call centersManage and optimize the appointment setting processEnsure quality control and performance standards are metContribute to the overall sales strategy and process improvementsCollaborate with marketing and field teams to align sales efforts
