We're looking for someone that shares this attitude to join our team as a full-time Sales Account Manager.Our Sales Account Managers are masters at planning & executing sales strategy, holding existing customers close and making potential customers wonder why they weren't working with us last month. They identify client needs and sell appropriate products to meet those needs. Most of all, they work hard to ensure a smooth sales process by being prepared, organized, and educated on our products and the industry.Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and increase sales in assigned accountsResponsible for everything directly and indirectly related to salesWorking with multiple departments; finance, marketing, production, and inventory on a daily basis ensuring proper planning and executionCall prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer-supplier relationshipPrepare sales information for customersEstablish buying influences, budgets and purchasing criteria for assigned accountsSecure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillmentSchedule & attend events, partnerships, and promotional opportunitiesEducating customers and consumers about the brand along with new and existing productsNegotiate pricing and termsKeeps informed of competitor products, services and other general information of internal interestChecks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining sales team and assisting team in attaining new accountsThis position requires up to 80% travelQualifications

3-5 years of sales and account management experience, prior sales experience in local cannabis industry preferredExcellent communication skillsHighly motivated and results drivenPossess high attention to detail, prioritization, time management and organizational skills with a positive, goal-oriented attitudeProblem solver that thrives under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needsMust obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certificationsServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferredWilling to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report, valid driver license requiredMust be 21 years of agePossess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and divisionWyld requires all employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19. This position will require the successful candidate to show proof of a vaccination.Compensation
