Summary

The

Supply Chain Manager

is responsible for ensuring the stability and continuity of Wyld’s operations by overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain; developing and implementing supply chain resiliency plans and partnering with other departments and functions to improve systemic issues that influence supply reliability, efficient operations and cost-effectiveness. This role will be able to come to problem with creative solutions; streamlining supply and procurement management, communication, transportation, planning and analysis, and inventory control for the company. The Supply Chain Manager will be directly involved in strategic planning, monitoring and analyzing supply chain trends to make organizational recommendations and overseeing an effective team and supply chain program that is resilient and able to rebound in response to changing business priorities. The Supply Chain Manager will need the ability to work a flexible schedule, and enjoy a fast-paced, growing company, in an ever-changing industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

Oversee and manage departmental operations by working closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales and other key stakeholders to continuously improve and re-implement inventory control policies and procedures.

Oversee departmental staff; performing employee performance reviews, providing coaching and ensuring they have the resources needed to perform their duties correctly.

Strategic Planning; Develop and implement strategies that align with the business goals and objectives by continuously analyzing market trends and demand to make informed decisions.

Procurement; Manage and oversee procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and components while optimizing costs.

Inventory Management; Implement inventory control and tracking policies to minimize carrying costs while ensuring adequate stock levels to meet production demands.

Logistics and Distribution; Oversee the transportation of materials and finished products, including selecting carriers, optimizing routes, and managing warehousing operations.

Actively maintain and communicate on departmental budget.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

3+ years of directly related experience and/or training in an inventory, analyst or logistics role or environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to think critically and sort through complicated, extensive, and often conflicting information to effectively solve problems.

Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, Business Central, Google, etc. METRC or Cannabis Tracking experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with managers, and employees at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism.

Not afraid to take ownership; demonstrates a growth mindset.

Possess advanced mathematical skills.

Willingness to travel to between sites if required.

State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

Will be required to submit to a background check.

Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications.

Benefits

Compensation:

As an exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive yearly salary of $105,000-150,000/year paid biweekly, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
