Join our dynamic team where your drive and initiative will not only be valued but will propel you towards exciting opportunities.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Sales, Inventory, and Traffic specialists to ensure the seamless execution of advertising campaigns.• Client Order Management: Handle client order entry and project management, coordinating with internal departments to guarantee client satisfaction and timely delivery.• Campaign Monitoring: Track and report on campaign impressions regularly, collaborating with various departments to make necessary adjustments for optimal delivery and billing.• Issue Resolution: Generate and analyze reports to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to campaigns and creative content.• Financial Coordination: Partner with Billing and Finance teams to clear discrepancies and ensure accurate revenue recognition at the end of campaigns.Basic Qualifications:• Associate or Bachelor’s degree• Minimum 1 year experience in data entry• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required to interface across multiple levels and groups• The ability to understand and work with numbers, including basic arithmetic and more advanced algebraic concepts• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Acute attention to detail and responsible work ethic• Highly motivated self-starter and exceptional team player, with a strong ability to rapidly learn and adapt to evolving industry and organizational environments• Desire and interest to work in advertising sales across media & entertainment platformsAdditional Qualifications:• 1 year experience in media sales, advertising or adjacent field a plus• Experience in WideOrbit a plusADDITIONAL INFORMATIONHiring Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00.The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
