Part-Time Retail Sales Specialist , based in Minneapolis, MN, to focus on all things Vita Coco to help bring our brand to the next level. The
Retail Sales Specialist
will visit key accounts in their assigned territory and work with local distributors and distributor sales reps to increase the visibility, availability, and overall presence of our brands. The position requires a self-motivated, organized, energetic, and creative person. This position will report to the
Market Manager
and the employer of record will be
Atrium Services Inc.Main Responsibilities:Achieve explosive revenue growth in assigned retail accountsPhysically build out both small and large displays using cases of product ranging from 10-35 poundsDevelop and maintain an organized list of key accounts in the territoryDevelop plans within the territory to execute programming given by Vita CocoSell our brand to retailers in coordination with local distributors and brokersCall on key decision makers bi-monthly to optimize in-store availabilityEnhance the business by gaining new points of distributionProper shelf management positions for cold and ambientPermanent and paper POS placements and display merchandisingBe an expert in all things Vita CocoVisit our top stores to reinforce strong relationshipsSeed product in existing accounts through merchandising and identify potential new accountsBe willing to learn and participate in all aspects of Vita CocoQualifications:Excellent communication and follow-up skillsMust have the ability to lift cases of product between 10-35 poundsMust have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travelMust be able to stand and walk for long periods of timeMust have the ability to place product on overhead shelvingMust have the ability to travel between multiple accounts each day if neededStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamBring new ideas to the team and report on best practicesAbility to adapt to and work well in all environmentsInnovative and creative in approaching accounts and expanding the businessProficient MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Job Type:
