Our client, a leading global brand of small kitchen appliances, is seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager with experience in retail sales and analytics, eager to manage and grow key accounts in the appliance industry.The ideal candidate will drive sales by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, performing cost-benefit analyses, and exceeding sales targets through effective communication and strategic outreach.Responsibilities:Present, promote, and sell kitchen products products to potential customers using persuasive, data-backed sales tactics.Engage with customer leads via cold calls and emails to build new business relationships.Maintain and foster strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business growth.Conduct detailed cost-benefit and needs analyses to tailor product offerings to the customer's specific needs.Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and ensure timely delivery of all sales outcomes.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline account support and optimize sales processes.Utilize analytics to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.Provide sales reports and insights to stakeholders, helping drive informed strategic decisions.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.Experience with vendor portals and related tools to effectively manage retail partnerships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentations.Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in group settings to meet team goals.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence decision-makers and foster strong client relationships.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail and delivering under pressure.A data-driven mindset with the capability to conduct thorough analyses and craft targeted sales strategies.Adaptable and solution-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Location:
