Short DescriptionThe Sales Support Specialist responds to customers in a timely manner to meet the designated SLA and provide the best-in-class customer experience for a dedicated customer base. The team works in a fast-paced support environment and is responsible for solutioning all customer inquiries based on a 15-minute response time. The Sales Support Specialist can coordinate efficiently with our multiple branch locations to ensure customer requests are accepted and fulfilled, on-time and with complete invoice accuracy. The Sales Support Specialist will submit applications as assigned to them, perform PCNG Demos, and assist with the customer onboarding process. The Sales Support Specialist will also be responsible for dispatching leads to the Sales Team. These leads may come through multiple channels including phone calls, third party websites, and internal website. The Sales Support Specialist position requires someone who responds quickly to the lead dispatching process, and customer onboarding requests while simultaneously being able to follow our documentation process.

ResponsibilitiesUnderstand our E-apply process and credit requirements.Submit Applications as assigned in a timely fashion.Assist in rush applications when necessary and escalate as appropriate.High Proficiency with Rentalman and Salesforce cases.Work Logistics with our branch network to quickly respond to the customer's needs.Provide communication through Teams chat on assigned task updates, new work pending and other updates. Must work well in a cross functional environment.Complete all customer requests within the designated 15-minute timeline. This response time is also required for tasks assigned internally.Must follow the lead dispatching process and respond timely to inquiries.

Professional ExperienceProven track record with 1 plus years of customer service & account management within the heavy equipment/construction markets preferred. Proven experience prioritizing multiple initiatives and providing an excellent customer experience.

Educational BackgroundBA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred. Will consider relevant experience in support roles including administration, customer care, retail, etc.
