5624-OTHLOC-C0swYfwGYou know how to clear the way, attend to complex situations, and serve as a trusted liaison.In this role, you will be responsible for liaising and building relationships with priority Regional Accounts.Responsibilities:Own the relationships with key academic institutions, IDNs and GPOs and leverage these relationships to generate increased demand and access for the product by targeting appropriate prescribers and influencers within their territory.Build and manage account profiles for each assigned account, detailing procedure for protocol development, pull-through targets for sales force, current placement of product on pathway and protocols, and identification of key influencers and protocol decision-makers.Evaluate unique needs of the Integrated Customer and work with Regional Business Leaders and other corporate functions (e.g., Managed Markets, Trade Relations, Value Access, Contracting, Medical, HEOR, Marketing) to develop tactical strategies to support account needs.The role requires the RAM to interact with a broad set of professionals including pharmacy directors, medical directors, P&T committees and contracting managers.Work cross-functionally with Sales Representatives, Area Sales Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Medical, and HUB services, as required.Requirements:10+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience.7+ years of experience with large academic health systems, IDNs and/or GPOs.Cardiology Experience Preferred.Knowledge and understanding of Managed Care coverage and product reimbursement.Ability to collaborate among a range of key areas (marketing, field team, medical science liaisons).Ability to travel >50%.At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
