Sr. Sales Manager for Intacct In Life Sales will lead teams to exceed their retention and customer expansion targets through building high-performing teams with clear communication, building strong relationships with our Sage partners, exceptional sales pipeline management, forecasting, timely performance management, recognition programs and fostering a culture of people first.Key Responsibilities

You will:Build a discipline of execution excellence throughout the sales teams in which all team members have objectives for job understanding, regular team and 1:1 meetings (to manage sales pipeline, coach, and communicate), action registers (ensure delivery of tasks), and escalation (to knock down roadblocks).Identify, build, and maintain creative and impactful initiatives to ensure that the retention and add-on targets are met (and exceeded).Be a core leadership member that will partner with Product Management, Marketing, Global Segment teams and Sales to co-develop our in-year revenue and Go to Market plan. Monitor and take corrective action annually to meet annual revenue and partner objectives.Drive strategies to ensure we hire the right people and then onboard them flawlessly so that they ramp fast and quickly hit optimized performance levels.Be driven by data to understand and drive accelerated performance. Also, know the data behind it and use it to learn faster, take action, and create a competitive advantage.Travel up to 25% per quarter.Qualifications

An exceptional sales leader with a strong track record of proven sales results, 5+ years leading Inside sales &/or field-based sales teams with a bias for action and accountability.Strategic planner with a track record for driving acquisition results faster than competition in new market/solution areas.Proven track record of executing key initiatives consistently and flawlessly across sales teams in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue, churn, engagement, and sales performance metrics. Knowledge and success track record of exceeding SaaS / Subscription sales KPIs (Retention and renewal Rates, ARR, Expansion & cross-sell).Proven ability to use customer-centric, data-driven insights to drive decisions that lead to superior customer experience. Strong analytical, modeling, and reporting skills are essential in this role.Works well within a matrixed environment, with the ability to manage and lead simultaneous projects and tight deadlines.Preferred
