This role will serve as the trusted advisor and primary liaison to clients and brokers with the objective of initiating and cultivation successful partnerships between Purchasing Power and key client accounts and brokers. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, understanding their needs, and providing strategic guidance to achieve mutual goals.What You Will Do:Manage and develop a team of Strategic Account ExecutivesRepresent Purchasing Power at the executive level of our clients and brokersDevelop and maintain account relationships including functioning independently and able to collaborate to develop short- and long-term account plansMeet target revenue and adoption rates for each assigned accountAssist Client Success with Launch of new client and communication of operational risks with existing clientsEnsure account contract terms are adhered to and that all account needs are addressed with the ability to recommend solutions and improvements while monitoring account profitabilityCollaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to clients including partnering with Sales and Operations to develop business plans and casesMonitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growthDevelop and implement account plans to drive client success and achieve business objectivesProvide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and progressFocus on partner growth by identifying and developing strategic partnerships that can enhance client success and drive business growthThe Experience You Will Bring:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in account management or a related role3+ years of People Management experienceDemonstrated strategic broker and client management experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce)Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teamsStrong verbal/written communication skillsProject management experience highly desirableTechnical aptitude, problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to travel 30% of the timePreferred Skills:Experience working with employee benefit offerings or voluntary benefit insurance programsExperience with marketing employee benefit offerings/programYour Well Being:Hybrid work model (Onsite/Offsite)Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, company paid Basic Life/AD&D401k Retirement PlanFlexible PTOCareer DevelopmentEmployee Purchase ProgramWhat We Stand For:We act with intensity, urgency and a passion for supporting our customers and growing our business.
