Land Development Project Manager
for the
Louisville, CO

Both vary based on level within the program and bonuses are dependent upon company performance.Responsibilities:This position requires 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering10+ years of experienceProven Business Development ExperienceLeadership and mentoring of project teamAutoCAD with Civil3D skillsTechnical competency in roadway, utilities and drainage design and constructionProfessional Engineering licensure within ColoradoStrong written and interpersonal communication skillsDesire to work and manage in a team environmentSalary:
The projected range for this position is $120,000-$160,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.Application Information:
