Land Development Project Manager
for the
Louisville, CO
office with the opportunity to work occasionally out of the Denver office as necessary.

Responsibilities:This position requires 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.
Required Skills & Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
10+ years of experience
Proven Business Development Experience
Leadership and mentoring of project team
AutoCAD with Civil3D skills
Technical competency in roadway, utilities and drainage design and construction
Professional Engineering licensure within Colorado
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Desire to work and manage in a team environment

The projected range for this position is $120,000-$160,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
