Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Consultant with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, while ensuring the quality and reliability of ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications for
ServiceNow implementations
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process
flows, use cases, and user stories
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and
resolve conflicts
Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers
to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions
Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and
test scripts
Perform thorough functional, regression, and user acceptance
testing
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools
Validate that implementations meet business requirements and
adhere to best practices
Provide detailed test reports and recommendations for
improvements
ServiceNow Expertise:
Leverage in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including
ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM
Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features
Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices and recommend
process improvements
Assist in configuration and customization of ServiceNow
instances
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or
related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Quality
Assurance professional in ServiceNow implementations
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports
Preferred:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
in relevant modules
Experience with Agile methodologies
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript)
Experience in change management and training end-users
