Current job opportunities are posted here as they become available.Got Wine? We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Wine Concierge team located at our Ventura office. If you love engaging with people and are eager to learn about wine and sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! As an Inside Sales Representative for our Wine Concierge, you will nurture and serve our key wine club members through inbound and outbound calls. Your role is focused on building relationships, upselling, and ensuring our members remain active and satisfied with their club experience.
Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls to the Wine Concierge line, assisting members and customers.Make 50-100 outbound calls per day, including member check-ins, gift-giving reminders, and special case sales.Upsell, cross-sell, and develop relationships with members to keep them engaged and active in the club.
Qualifications:Must be 21 years or older.Wine knowledge is a plus, but not required.This is an entry-level inside sales position; prior sales experience is not required, but experience in a call center or tasting room is a plus.Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate in a team environment.Motivated by sales targets and goals with strong listening skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (including SharePoint); experience with Dial Pad, Shopify, or HubSpot is a plus.High School Diploma required; some college is a plus.Pay Rate: $20 per hour plus bonuses and commissions based on sales goals.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. PST*Some overtime or weekends may be required depending on the season.*Must be available full-time between November 1 and December 24 (vacation time is not granted during this period due to the busy season).*On-site position at our Ventura office.If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply for the Inside Sales Representative position.
