Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading customer services representatives, ensuring that sales targets are met, customer satisfaction is maintained, and team performance is optimized. This role involves managing daily operations, coaching and developing team members, and collaborating with other departments to drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer service professionals.Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and sales campaigns.Oversee customer service operations, ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues.Implement processes and standards to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Act as an escalation point for complex customer service issues.Supervise the returned product process, issuing RMA numbers and entering RMA orders.Generate quotations and enter new sales orders into ERP/MRP system.Continuously evaluate and improve sales and customer service processes.Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of workflows.Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and customer service metrics to senior management.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.4 years prior customer service or inside sales experience required, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.High level of customer focus and a commitment to providing exceptional service.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.Preferred Skills:Experience in the RF and Microwave, aerospace, military, or space industries.Familiarity with customer service best practices.Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements:Able to read documents and computer screens.Able to sit for long periods of time.Able to communicate via telephone.Competitive salary and yearly performance-based bonus. HybridSalary Range:
