Are you known for your strategy and tactical leadership? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to use these skills for both domestic and international markets in your region of responsibility. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Model and act in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Oversee and drive the entire life cycle of sales initiatives from “Lead to Close.” Participate in the development and implementation of sophisticated and detailed analysis of market potential, pricing, competitive strengths, diverse products and markets, and weaknesses.Maintain measures to monitor market performance and activity for reporting to management in support of the company’s strategic sales plan.Undertake and manage sound economic and feasibility studies for projects and preparation of business proposal recommendations for senior management, synergistic to and supportive of the company’s corporate and business unit.Provide direction and management to ensure policies for the sales incentive and commission plan are administered correctly.Manage, direct, and enforce the sales performance policy.Manage, direct, and enforce policies for sales staffing, hiring, recruitment, succession planning, and training processes.Provide direction for the professional development and productivity of sales staff members to ensure proper goals, training, professional development, and project requirements are met.Personally coach, train, and mentor direct reports and provide career development opportunities through training and quality management activities.
