to join their team. You'll play a crucial role in educating customers about the benefits of solar energy and helping them make informed decisions about adopting renewable energy solutions.Job Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactionsTerritory Management
- Strategically plan, canvas, and manage local territoryEnergy Consultation
- Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and propose solar solutionsNegotiation
- Negotiate and close sales dealsRequirements
2+ years of door-to-door experienceKnowledge of the solar and renewable energy industryExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHighly motivated and strong hunter mentalityThe compensation structure is commission + residuals.
The
OTE
for this role is $100,000+. With PPW's under $2, our client offers a competitive and fair commission structure that allows you to succeed without sacrificing your integrity or customer satisfaction.You will join a fast-growing company that recently partnered with one of the industry's most well-known companies.
