Job Description

Main Duties:AdministrationLiaise with different departments for smooth and co-ordinated work.Ensure that the team members are adhering to the Human Resource policies.Customer ServiceHandle guest needs promptly.Attend to every guest coming to the Health Club courteously.FinancialIdentify optimal, cost-effective use of resources and educate the team on the same.OperationalCheck that the equipment is in working condition.Ensure that the swimming pool area is neat and clean.Ensure that the water in the swimming pool is safe for guest usage.Ensure that lifeguards are present around the swimming pool when guests are there.Ensure that the chlorine level in the swimming pool is appropriate to avoid discomfort to guests' eyes.Oversee the operations of the Spa.Ensure that the health club instructor is available throughout working hours.Ensure that before closing, everything is in good condition for the next day’s opening.Ensure that the timings for the areas are adhered to.Make guests aware of the products in the gym and inform them about proper usage.PersonnelProvide effective support to the team to enable them to deliver efficient services.Respond to customer queries by resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Establish and maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments to ensure maximum productivity, morale, and guest service.Other DutiesEnsure cleanliness of the area.Assist other departments in case of emergencies.Occupational Health & SafetyEmployee Responsibility:All employees must safeguard their health and safety, and the health and safety of others, in the workplace.Replacement and Temporary Mission:Be ready and responsible for any job assigned by Management.
