Seal Dynamics LLC is currently recruiting for the position of Warehouse Supervisor for Packaging. This is a supervisory role that reports to the Warehouse Manager.
Salary Range: $22/hr - $24/hr.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Overseeing and participating in picking, packing & order processingSupervising 8-10 Team MembersWarehouse inspection of partsMaintaining warehouse housekeepingEnsuring product is kept neat and in an orderly fashion per FIFO methods
Requirements/Experience:
Must be extremely detail oriented and have the ability to multi-taskMust have an excellent understanding and experience with warehouse systemsAbility to read, understand and interpret written instructionsExperience with, and understanding of warehouse inventory transactionsPhysical ability to work standing all day while moving about entire warehouseEnergetic with team-oriented attitudeMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience in supervising employeesStrong computer skillsAerospace industry experience and ISO experience is helpfulStrong work ethic (willingness to work hard and long hours, if needed)Highly responsive to internal and external customer requirements, with a high attention to detailMust work well with others and be flexible in handling multiple tasksMinimal overtime is possible and rare Saturdays
