Business Development Manager
that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment to grow with us as a part of our sales team. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable building territory, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Outreach to new accounts through cold calling, email, and phone campaignsDevelop and nurture existing accountsUnderstand customer needs and requirementsIdentify appropriate solutions based on customer needs analysisClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasResearch accounts, identify key players, and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsQualifications:
Previous related experience required (Sales, K-12 education, government, etc…)BA/BS degree in a relevant field preferredProficient with corporate productivity toolsExperience working with CRM preferredExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyNote:
This is a hybrid-remote position for San Luis Obispo, CA, and the surrounding Central Coastal area. Travel to customer sites will be required.Compensation:
