for the territory of Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and New Mexico.What you'll be doing is...Working in outside sales as a saddle fitting specialist, in direct contact with equine professionals, you’ll apply your unique sales talents and passion for the equine world to:Become the most talented technical advisor within your territoryDevelop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)Represent Devoucoux at horse showsCreate a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer serviceRequirementsSales Representative Requirements:Prior successful field sales experience is a plus, additional sales training will be providedYou have a clean driving record and are ready to hit the roadExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and are a independent and dynamic personYou are a passionate rider with an understanding of the English riding industry and horse showsSales Representative Benefits:You will receive a fixed salary and unlimited commission potentialYou will also be provided with a company car + a gas card + iPhone and iPadWe will cover 100% of your personal health insurance costs through our carrier, in addition to your base pay and commissionWe offer a 6 week training program, and tailored continuous training and supportSales Representative Salary:We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp-up territory tailored plan.Potential salary including base + commissions:Year 1: Potential of $55K (base + unlimited commission)Year 2: Potential of $66K (base + unlimited commission)Year 3: Potential of $78K (base + unlimited commission)
