The Atlas Portfolio is seeking an A+ Player sales representative to identify and close deals effectively in our target market, create win-win solutions for clients, and consistently outpace our sales goals to earn industry-leading commission. The ideal candidate is able to prioritize company goals and clients, is comfortable with hard work, and is revenue-motivated. We are a highly technical team looking for hard-working acquisitions leads to expand our position in the Colorado real estate investment market.Responsibilities:

Be the industry leader in Real Estate acquisitions. Stay ahead of the curve on market trends and recognize attractive deals and opportunities.Recognize motivation and assemble offers that speak directly to our clients' needs -- Present solutions that are too good to say no.Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles.Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities.Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures.Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and deal opportunities.Qualifications:

Excellent people skills.Excellent sales and negotiation skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Calm under pressure.Computer skills.1–3 years of industry and sales experience.Compensation:

$70,000 - $150,000 base + commission
