Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures.Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves.Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently.Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles.Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and leads - No cold calling.Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored insurance solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.Meet or exceed sales targets to maximize your income and career growth opportunities.Qualifications:

Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales.Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines.Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required.At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred.You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals.Previous sales experience is preferred but not required – if you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to talk to you.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Compensation:

$93,000 - $113,000 yearly
