Shift Lead

Leads by example for all Associates by always providing excellent customer service and hospitality. Leads and oversees the growth of all Associates through training and in-the-moment development. Remains up to date and ensures that Associates are informed about all programs, processes, guidelines, and policies, and communicates any changes to the team. Understands their role in positively promoting and adhering to all guidelines, policies, and Wesco Location expectations, including the Speed of Service initiative. Has working knowledge of all tools and programs needed to complete job duties. Leads by example in all areas and uses Wesco’s Unifying Principles, Mission Statement, Strategy Map, and Q-PPAS to guide their actions.Hours:Minimum of 25 average hours per weekPrerequisites:Level 1 Sales Associate, Level 1 in Subway, Level 2 Sales Associate, Level 2 SubwayJob Type:
