Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.Duties:
Supervise and lead a team of employees during shiftsEnsure compliance with company standards and proceduresHandle cash transactions and manage inventory effectivelyTrain new employees and provide ongoing coaching to current staffAssist in scheduling and conducting interviews for new hiresMaintain cleanliness and organization in the work areaAddress customer inquiries and concerns promptlySkills:
