Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shiftsEnsure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to company standardsManage and train staff members, including conducting interviews and providing ongoing coaching and feedbackMonitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as neededHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing salesMaintain a clean and organized work environment, including ensuring compliance with health and safety regulationsSkills:
Strong kitchen management skills, including knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety proceduresPrevious experience as an assistant manager or in a similar leadership roleFamiliarity with catering operations and banquet servicesExcellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectivelyProficiency in hospitality management software and point-of-sale systemsKnowledge of restaurant management best practices, including inventory control and labor cost managementAbility to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedbackExperience in shift management, including creating schedules and ensuring smooth transitions between shiftsStrong interviewing skills to identify qualified candidates for open positionsCulinary background or understanding is preferred but not requiredJoin our team as a Shift Manager and contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
