Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The Shift Leader plays a critical role in ensuring that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the success of our team members. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, promoting a positive work environment, and overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.Duties:
Lead and supervise a team of employees during shifts, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.Maintain a clean and organized restaurant facility.Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute daily and weekly tasks and promotions.Monitor and maintain the quality of food production, including food safety and presentation.Maintain a positive and professional attitude, and serve as a role model for other team members.Provide support to other areas of the restaurant as needed, including the kitchen and customer service areas.Requirements:
Previous experience in a quick service or casual dining environment. (1 Year Preferred)Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct a team.Familiarity with hospitality management practices and principles.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.Job Types:
