Job Summary:Hello! We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team at HoneyBaked Ham! We are unique in the restaurant industry as we have great work-life balance (no late nights or early mornings typically). We are looking to hire someone full time who would grow into an assistant manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in food safety, restaurant management, and possess strong leadership skills. We are a tight knit team with a great working environment (you are not just a number, but a core team member who is valued).Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operationsEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company standardsHelp with inventory managementSupervise staff in various roles including kitchen, front-of-house, and cash handlingProvide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns promptlyTrain and mentor team members on company policies and proceduresAssist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the establishmentYou would have great autonomy in this role after training.
