Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the restaurant industry.Strong background in staff training and development.Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.Proficiency in kitchen operations, food handling, and food service protocols.Knowledge of banquet operations and event planning.Competency in cash handling procedures.Familiarity with bar management practices.Ability to effectively manage shifts for optimal performance.Job Type:
