Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in the food and hospitality industry. This role requires effective shift management, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of food handling and safety.Duties
Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.Oversee food handling processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Coordinate banquet services, including planning, setup, and execution of events.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.Train new employees on operational procedures, food safety standards, and customer service expectations.Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry or hospitality sector.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Experience in shift management and supervising staff effectively.Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.Familiarity with banquet operations is preferred but not mandatory.Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.Ability to handle cash transactions accurately; experience in cash handling is a plus.Bartending experience is an advantage but not required.If you are passionate about the food industry and have the leadership skills necessary to drive success in our establishment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!Job Type:
