Technical System Analyst / Business Analyst (3 Positions)Monterey Park, CAWhite Plains, NYStarting Date: ImmediateShould have at least 10+ years of Industry experience.Should be certified Agile Scrum Master.Should have good understanding of JIRA and/or TFS or other tracking tools.Interact with business users, capture requirements, create JIRA Agile user stories.Middleware, BPM, Case Management project background would be a big plus.Documentation of business processes (process mapping & modeling) for current- “as-is” & future- “to-be” states.Should enable identification and analysis of business requirements and translate them into Technical Specifications for Developers.Should be able to Develop and manage use case models and supporting specifications, and contribute to and review BPM object models.Should assist the development teams in the implementation by providing clear and unambiguous specifications to enable them to produce quality software that meets defined product requirements.
