Top Skills/Must Haves:Advanced Excel skills – Creating Pivot Tables, etc.Claims Processing industry knowledgePL/SQL or Oracle or Toad experience – strong but don’t have to be AdvancedTableau – Not Advanced but need to have some experience working with it.Working with the Business – this role is 80% Technical but it is still a BA and they will still be working with the Business/ExecutivesResponsibilities:Experience with reportingExperience with relationship managementExcellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to manage/prioritize multiple complex tasksAbility to successfully multitask and escalate as neededAbility to resolve technical issuesExtensive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, SQL (highly preferred)Need experience with query based tool, for example: TOADProvide analytical support in synthesizing and reporting results20% of this position the candidate will be querying data.Need strong Business requirements experience (but they will not be documenting requirements, just reviewing)Need to have 5+ years of experienceMortgage Industry/Finance background preferredNote:
