The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for understanding and training production on the quality guidelines set by the company. They also monitor the quality equipment and assure that the equipment is up to date on certifications and calibrations. This position oversees the rework process. Through the supervision of rework technicians, they inspect any product returns to determine the problem. The Quality Supervisor manages customer complaints and coordinates with production and sales to satisfy the customer’s needs.
