Celanese . This material offers the apparel industry a high-performance alternative to spandex that unlocks the potential for end users to recycle performance stretch fabrics. We are seeing tremendous interest in

NEOLAST

and are looking to strengthen our team to provide better material solutions to consumers and the planet. Join us!YOU will be involved in the following tasks:Collaborate across the value chain

with spinning partners.Provide

technical support

throughout the spinning process, and Yarn testing.Oversee

product testing

and assist spinners to improve and maintain high quality including diligent documentation.Develop

training

materials and conduct training sessions for customers, partners and colleagues.Identify opportunities to reduce

environmental impact

and improve

sustainability .Take directions from GTM and Neolast Business Manager.Qualifications:

What YOU will bring to the team:5-10 years of

technical hands-on

experience in

melt

fiber and/or

elastic fiber spinning ; including critical thinking and knowledge of fiber process/structure/properties relationships.Technical knowledge of production processes, equipment for Yarn production, and Spinneret design.Excellent

interpersonal skills

to connect with customers and partners.Comfortable in

international cross-functional teams , ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a

global team .Problem-solver and attention to detail.Can-do attitude.Fluent in

English .Ready to travel up to 50%.
