They are waiting.Summary of Job (brief description)The Sales Insights & Incentive Compensation (IC) Lead role at Soleno requires a hands-on, passionate, analytical, and collaborative individual focused on building and overseeing the programs and initiatives that support sub-national analytics and incentive compensation for our Salesforce. This role will provide both strategic and tactical oversight in the hands-on development, implementation, and management of data-driven territory performance assessment and insights to inform field force strategy, IC design, and related deployment execution. The Lead will build highly collaborative working relationships with the broader Commercial Analytics and Operations team and other cross-functional stakeholders across the Sales, Marketing, and Access teams. Externally, the Lead will work with various data, analytics, and operations partners to successfully lead the sales performance review and IC plan execution. This role reports directly to the VP of Commercial Analytics and Operations.ResponsibilitiesLead performance development and field reporting to gain a thorough understanding of regional performance and opportunities using various inputs.Collaborate with field leadership to facilitate quarterly business review meetings to understand regional performance and develop action plans for upcoming quarters.Conduct analytics projects in partnership with Marketing to guide field force targeting and engagement strategy.Provide field force training on analytics tools for performance evaluation and opportunity assessment.Work closely with the Commercial Operations Lead on customer relationship management (CRM) system enablement to maintain affiliations and share customer-level sales and marketing opportunities.Offer objective quantitative analyses of field force performance and lead the development of business cases to identify key opportunities and address critical business issues for the brand.Incentive CompensationAdminister Sales IC plans and manage goal attainment, IC payout calculation, and communication process.Design IC plans to assess sales force’s performance through various compensation programs; maintain/validate compensation and contest calculations on a monthly and quarterly basis; proactively seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency and timeliness of IC deliverables.Maintain a compliant mindset, ensure all IC operational tasks comply, and that appropriate analyses are performed to evaluate fairness.QualificationsUndergraduate Degree and 6+ years of increasing experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry with focus in Patient Services programs for rare/orphan and specialty products.Demonstrated record of success in leading and building commercial operations capabilities.Product launch and pre-approval commercialization experience preferred.Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and prepared to assume roles and responsibilities outside of traditional job functions.Expertise with claims, affiliation, cost, and coverage data sets.Familiarity with Veeva CRM, PromoMats, Allego, Motus, DCR and MLR process.Exceptional planning, priority setting, negotiation, project management, and relationship-building skills.Strong customer orientation: a passion for patients and caregiver community.Thrive on collaboration and ability to influence in a matrix environment.Friendly, perseverant, flexible, collaborative and confident.Strong results orientation and a sense of urgency to get things done.Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Travel – less than 20%.Salary Range:

$180,000-$225,000(Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as the location where this position may be filled.)
