Position Summary
CPR1 offers various life-saving products, services, and training to our clients. The Product Manager is the driving force behind our proprietary software solutions and web storefronts for our customers. This job includes overseeing our product strategies as well as working with other departments to ensure customer success with the ultimate goal of saving lives!Responsibilities
The Product Manager will be primarily responsible for the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of all frontend and backend applications to support our Customers, both internal and external. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:Develop and execute product strategies and plans for our AED Program Management proprietary software.Manage product life cycles and ensure products meet customer needs.Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.Collaborate with customers, design team, marketing team, outsourced vendors, and software development team to ensure product success.Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.Gather customer requirements and convert business needs into technical specifications for development teams to understand.Define and manage a product roadmap for the company.Coordinate product launches and releases.Manage development sprints, including grooming and testing tickets.Develop product pricing strategies.Manage AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure as well as other connected services and providers.Manage Software Developer team (outsourced) for Web App and Mobile App software development.Manage Web Developer (outsourced) for web storefronts and websites.Communicate with all stakeholders.Create pilot programs to run prototypes and assess outcomes.Make evidence-based decisions.Align product development with business goals.Find and achieve success metrics.Ensure customer satisfaction.
