Position Overview:

Futron is seeking a qualified Administrator (Facilities Manager) – Journeyman to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and functionality of our physical work environment, allowing our team to focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the companies’ facilities, including office spaces, equipment, and amenities.

Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Procure and manage vendor relationships for facility services, including janitorial, landscaping, and security services.

Monitor and manage facility budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures.

Oversee space planning and utilization to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support office expansions, relocations, or renovations as needed.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues and safety hazards.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and expenditures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in facilities management or related role, with at least 5+ years of experience.

Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software preferred.
