Job SummaryThe Business Operations Specialist- IT Ops will coordinate priorities, manage group roadmaps & initiative timelines, and drive support across business operations for the IT Operations group. This role will have a key impact on communication strategy, project & initiative management, and business operations to support the department.This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset, NJ office location as determined by SHI management.About Us

Include but are not limited to:Manage priorities across the leadership team and stakeholders, track project timelines/ roadmaps, and drive accountability across stakeholdersDraft and manage content for communicating out initiatives, updates, and releases to necessary stakeholdersProvide project coordination for multiple strategic initiatives, including team enablement and training, event coordination and logistical planning, and business operations initiativesDrive communication practices for monthly comms updates, presentation preparation, employee recognition, etcProvide ongoing operational support for IT priorities and initiativesAssist with event coordination for onsite events in the New Jersey headquartersProvide strategic executive support to leadershipEffectively communicate program updates from the IT Department to the business and internal communications to ensure effective and consistent alignments and updates from the IT DepartmentSolicit input and leverage feedback to drive continuous improvement and avoid known problemsQualifications

Completed Bachelor’s Degree2+ years in managing communication programs and/or projects.2+ years experience working cross-functionally across teams and internal stakeholders1+ year of executive assistant or project management experienceRequired Skills

Project management skills with the ability to manage and deliver on deadlines and cadences.Ability to efficiently create presentations, graphics, and org-wide communications.Ability to work independently, with minimal management follow-up/direction.Ability to build relationships with internal teams and partners.Proficiency in data analysis.Written and verbal communication (clear, concise, and courteous).Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions.Conflict management techniques.Meeting facilitation techniques.Ability to assess a situation and adapt an approach for best efficiency and effectiveness.Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levelsUnique Requirements

Travel to approved conferences or events as needed, up to 10%Additional Information

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $55,000 - $85,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
