This legacy, part 91 account has a history of safety and service. The pilot in command reports to the lead captain regarding company operating policies and procedures. The pilot in command is responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of the flight assignment with the emphasis on safety, security, and quality.Minimum Requirements

Must possess an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with appropriate Aircraft Type RatingObtain and maintain an FAA First Class Medical4000 hours Total Fixed Wing1500 hours Multi-Engine Land2000 hours Pilot-in-Command1500 hours Turbojet1500 Turbine time100 hours Night75 hours Actual or Simulated Instrument5 years of aviation experienceMust be able to work flexible schedulesWilling and able to travel worldwide extensively, without any restrictionsMust have a valid driver's licenseMain Responsibilities

Safely operate the aircraft, determine departure times and routes, and/or cancel flights based on weather or other conditionsEnsure that the flight is conducted in complete compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations and policies and proceduresResponsible for conducting the flight in a safe and prudent manner in accordance with industry and company standardsAccurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current proceduresRecord all aircraft discrepancies and report these to the director of maintenanceDetermine that the flight crew reports for duty in proper attire and are fit for dutyMaintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systemsObtain the most current weather reports, forecasts and NOTAMSFile or cause a flight plan to be filed with the FAA or an ICAO state ATC facilityConduct the required passenger safety briefingsComplete and send the leg manifest to ops control prior to each departureResponsible for making an immediate report in any hazardous action to the chief pilot and director of safetyOther duties may be required, as neededDesired Characteristics
