Customer Success Manager II (Energy)

will work with Google’s Strategic Partnership Development Managers (SPDMs) to support the delivery of Google Nest programs and services, ensure account health, and drive our business forward. This role will support SPDMs in running our energy distribution channel, the delivery of over 100 Rush Hour Reward programs, project management related to bespoke energy partner promotion campaigns, and provide sales support.RESPONSIBILITIESTop Daily Areas of Focus:Monitor, benchmark, and optimize daily operations between Google Nest’s energy partnerships and sales operations teams, and our distribution partners to ensure all program elements are running smoothly, and to minimize shipping, inventory and delivery issues. Constantly strive to improve the efficient delivery of our devices and services through our channel partners.Coordinate collaboratively with an account sales lead and other internal cross-functional teams to identify upsides and drive issue resolutions as they arise.Support SPDMs by ensuring DERMS partners have the tools and resources they need to successfully implement our energy services (Rush Hour Rewards and Nest Renew).Project manage bespoke energy partner promotion campaigns to ensure goals are met.Prepare account plans and regular updates and status to the sales team on key account progress - ensure we are tracking towards (and meeting!) our goals, including developing and leading partner and internal QBRs for the largest direct accounts.Essential Functions:Work with finance to ensure accounts remain up to date, and Credit Memos are processed, terms captured.Work collaboratively internally and externally to forecast sales, ensure adequate supply for client needs, and develop marketing initiatives.Work directly with partners to find and unlock new program and business opportunities, including engaging with assigned utility accounts to help find opportunities to meet their demand side program needs.Work closely with both technical & business resources (internally and externally) to manage program launch and ongoing day-to-day program management and logistics.Work closely with RHR operations to ensure partners are ready to implement RHR.Actively contribute and evolve Nest’s delivery and account management methodology, including processes and documentation.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as technology, consulting, or a start-up preferably related to clean energy technology.1-3 years of supervisory/management experience.Account Management experience and strong understanding of two-step distribution.Project Management experience.Experience with Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, GSuite.Consultative and/or Challenger selling experience.Experience solving challenging commercial issues.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.Comfortable with data analysis and problem solving.Fluency in Google Documents (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Exceptional and proven follow up/follow through.Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.Willing to wear multiple hats and eager to do what it takes to get the job done.Strong written and oral communication skills.Experience presenting, collaborating, and conveying ideas with diverse clients at all levels of their business, including executives.Motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty.Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.Thrives in a dynamic team environment.ABOUT USAcosta and Mosaic are the sales and marketing powerhouses behind the most recognized and proven brands with top retailers in the United States and Canada.
