The

Demand Planner

is responsible for creating accurate product demand forecasts and maintaining a healthy inventory in line with the forecasts. Help ensure that our inventory meets demand efficiently, balancing product availability with optimal inventory levels to drive business success and customer satisfaction.

As our Demand Planner, your responsibilities will include:

Create and update product demand forecasts

Work closely with Sales to create accurate forecast based on market insights.

Utilize data insights to improve forecast accuracy, identifying causes for variance.

Collaborate with HQ to ensure Anaplan (planning tool) is up to date with forecasts.

Analyze and Report on Forecasting

Create and maintain reports on forecast accuracy and changes.

Analyze forecasts and share insights with Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.

Improve forecasting and planning processes

Improve current planning methods to incorporate best practices, driving towards more data-driven and automated planning.

Collaborate with the Data and AI Team to embed their state-of-the-art algorithms and tools in regional planning processes.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

Contribute to and participate in monthly S&OP meeting.

Proactively identify stockouts and excess at forecast shift.

Collaborate with Inventory team to balance stock across channels and transfer across markets.

Other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

If you have…

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience. Preference towards degree with a mathematical foundation.

1+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Sales Planning function.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Strong analytical skills to extract insights from large datasets and complex reports.

Knowledge of forecasting methods, algorithms, and data modeling.

Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Experience with Anaplan and Power BI preferred.

Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.

Ability to travel up to 5%, both domestic and internationally.
