Lead the Distribution Sales team to drive profitable sales growth, increase market share and manage account activitiesManage territory sales managers and Independent Rep groups in your assigned regionIdentify business changes due to: technology, culture, economy, competitionResponsible for P&L performanceDevelop & achieve specific targets for revenue growth, profitability and market shareEnsure success of the marketing plan through sales efforts to distribution channel and key accountsDevelop and strengthen customer relationshipsExecute promotional sales campaigns to increase product family sales and exposurePrepare and deliver presentations for new products, programs and promotionsResolve customer service issues and provide solutionsWhat Will You Bring

3+ years of experience in Distribution Sales, Account Management and leading a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or comparable experienceIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, Proficiency in at least one CRM platformStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel at least 50% to properly support customer visits, territory oversight, meetings, shows and events
