Strategic Sales Director - Remote US (MN, IL, WI)Summary:The Strategic Sales Director is responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue and profit goals for assigned territory. The primary focus is to provide leadership and management over all Best Buy and Target related business in the U.S. In addition, the Strategic Sales Director will increase InVue’s market share in the designated territory and across assigned retail accounts as defined by the annual business plan.Responsibilities:Achieve sales goals as established by the strategic planAchieve gross profit margin goals as established by the strategic planManage Best Buy and Target business in the U.S.Ensure InVue’s preferred vendor status with Best Buy and Target.Communicate U.S. initiatives and successes to InVue Global team in order to drive strategic account business globallyDevelop and drive new initiatives for Best Buy and Target through entire InVue organizationLead projects from inception through execution and measure post install performanceDevelop and expand the territories top line revenues, product usage by account, and overall customer baseProvide market feedback on accounts, markets, competition, training needs, and product issues/needsProvide monthly forecasting on customer product needsProvide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on activities and strategiesAssist home officer with accounts receivable and close working relationship with customer serviceAttend designated trade showsAttend quarterly sales meetings with updated business plansEnsure 50% of their time in front of customers and prospectsKeep InVue’s CRM customer database updated and accurate on all assigned accountsExecute additional corporate initiatives as directedDesire and aptitude to learn hardware/software solutions and data, edge technology, IOT and retail security transformationQualifications:5-10+ years’ major account experience (Best Buy, Target, or similar) is required2+ years’ experience leading a product organization’s growth within Best Buy & Target accounts is strongly preferred.4-year college degree strongly preferredMajor account experience must have encompassed accountability and empowerment in account planning, project management, new program development and execution, team training and leadership, and problem solvingDemonstrated success achieving key account goals and growing key account revenue inclusive of hunting and winning new business within assigned accountsExperience in revenue forecasting, inventory management, and custom product request managementPractical knowledge of retail merchandising and fixture development preferredExperience managing a multi-state territory and prospecting new accountsSuperb relationship building skillsDemonstrate excellent communication and presentation skillsExecute with strong time-management skillsExude drive, energy, enthusiasm and an exemplary work ethicProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and TeamsAbility and willingness to travel and be onsite 50%InVue Security Products, Inc is an Equal Opportunity employer.
