Columbia Sportswear’s dynamic global supply chain consists of 4 distribution centers, 430 retail stores, 80 apparel factories and 20 footwear factories worldwide. We pride ourselves on being able to get products to market quickly, safely, and in the most cost-effective manner. By leveraging data analytics, we are constantly pushing to make smarter business decisions and identifying innovative ways to make Columbia Sportswear’s supply chain more efficient and effective to meet our consumers’ ever-changing needs.As an Account Operations Manager you will be responsible for Account Services functions that drive operational expertise and solutions. You will lead operational execution for accounts to support advanced supply chain and sales directives. In addition, you will lead a team to evaluate order management requirements on a seasonal basis and develop and resolve issues that enhance profitability, growth and account loyalty. This role will maximize business processes and policies to drive operational excellence while creating a consistent customer experience across North America brand/channels/regions while maintaining premium service execution for accounts.HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Lead team to maximize DC shipments for timely revenue recognition by brand, channel, and region.Champion the Direct Ship program to drive volume from brands, regions, and channels to alleviate distribution center capacity and exceed month, quarter, season and 3 year shipping targets.Analyze and be able to make key decisions for customer base for contract conversion, address areas of concern with sales leadership and ensure customers adhere to order management policies in order to maximize execution to corporate revenue goals.Drive Customer Engagement as competitive advantage and lead process for Account Operations. Foster and demonstrate inclusive participation and preparation for all customer engagement activities resulting in the implementation of joint value creation opportunities.Ensure efficient order flow by monitoring team activities that drive execution and revenue realization. Identify gaps, redundancies and elements outside our standard operating procedures to recommend changes for efficiencies throughout the supply chain.Be a leader and advocate for internal and external partnership and continuous process improvement by identifying industry trends related to order management, EDI, logistics, and value-added services; drive recommendations to evolve Columbia supply chain processes.Work to ensure that supply chain initiatives (i.e. direct ship) are being fully and successfully leveraged. Recommend and implement additional opportunities for expansion of these initiatives.Identify and initiate strategic cross functional relationships to drive account execution. Utilize internal/external resources to fully understand the complexities of retail partners.Coordinate with Account Operations Leadership to develop order management strategies encompassing service and logistics strategies and customer requirements.Hire, coach, guide and lead direct reports. Clarify individual and team goals and performance measures. Support development planning and team member motivation to maximize individual satisfaction and performance.YOU ARE
